A creative, energetic, dynamic Exec Chef with strong food development skills is required for one of Gauteng’s top golfing venues. Must be skilled in general kitchen management, food preparation, kitchen administration, staff management and training.

Requirements:

• Up to date with current trends.
• Relevant qualification + minimum 5 years’ experience, managing multiple outlets
• Previous experience in luxury/ 5-star environment - essential
• Previous experience controlling food & labour costs - essential
• International restaurant exposure highly advantageous
