Experience & Qualifications:

▪ Previous experience within a reception role. 

▪ One of the following qualifications will be advantageous but not required: 

CIDESCO, ITEC or SAAHSP.

Knowledge & Skills: 

▪ Good communication skills.

▪ Knowledge about human anatomy, body types, muscles and joints, Knowledge on various massages and oils - advantageous

▪ Excellent customer service orientation.

▪ Genuine interest and passion for wellness and body therapy.

Comments:

This role does not require the candidate to be a qualified therapist, but if there is perhaps a therapist who can no longer practice, would be ideal. An interest in wellness will be highly advantageous, as well as the right personality to welcome the guests into the Spa.
