Established Restaurant in Melrose is looking for an Assistant General Manager. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be in Senior Restaurant Management, will be considered. Must have very strong operations skills with the ability to manage the complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English with a good demeaner and sober habits. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred and all references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Strong kitchen management knowledge, including stock control and food cost required.
