Applications are invited from suitably qualified and interested candidates for this position at the Agriculture Division. The incumbent will drive zero downtime by ensuring a sufficient number of crates and modules in the system and that contractors adhere to the transport schedule.

The ideal candidate will be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate and have good computer literacy. 1 Year’s experience at a supervisory level and in stock-taking is required. This position reports to the Harvesting Manager.

Results Required:

• Ensure contractor adheres to transport
schedule;
• Ensure that Offloading of crates is done in such
a manner to adhere to bird welfare policy;
• Ensure all trucks are washed and disinfected (as
per SOP) before leaving the Plant;
• Daily stock count of crates and modules;
• Communicate to Harvesting Manager any crates
and modules to be repaired;
• Ensure that the catching supervisor is aligned
with the production planning;
• Drive towards zero downtime;
• Keep strict disciplines with regard to damage to
modules, crates on the farms and at the
processing plant and damage to outside
contractor’s property.
