Tasks will vary from answering the switchboard to providing real time scheduling support by managing diaries, booking appointments, travel arrangements (local and internationally) and ordering supplies etc. While maintaining polite and professional communication in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience for Colleagues and Clients alike.
