Main Purpose of the Job: • Manage the finance function • Ensure reporting is accurate to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with IFRS (International financial reporting standards) • Budget planning and managing cashflows • Alert HOD of any discrepancies or irregularities Key Performance Areas: eview of monthly supplier reconciliations for foreign and local suppliers • Review and authorise of all local and foreign payments • Responsible for loading new products on pastel • Responsible for maintaining the chart of accounts on pastel • Company Taxes (SARS) o Follow up on SARS correspondence o Reconciliation and completion and submission of VAT 201 o Completion and submission of EMP 201 o Reconciling and submission of EMP 501 o Attend to VAT and PAYE queries for all companies o Income tax calculations for all companies o Provisional tax calculations for all companies Minimum Requirements: EDUCATION • CA (SA) EXPERIENCE. • Post articles experience – min 5 years outside of auditing
