A professional and dynamic F&B manager is required for one of Gauteng’s top golfing venues. The manager must be able to oversee all aspects of the venue, including fine and casual dining, functions/banqueting/events, bar management, and half-way house outlets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in same/ similar senior role
• International restaurant exposure highly advantageous
• Working knowledge of wine list compilation and management, financial management and reporting, stock and OE controls and management, OHSAct
• Knowledge of technology relevant to kitchen management, accounting and POS systems, as well as advanced competency in MS Office - essential
