Airfreight, Imports & Exports experience
3 – 5 years related experience in the field

a. Air forwarding procedures
b. Air clearing procedures
c. Import procedures
d. Customs procedures
e. Financials (budgets)
f. Human Resources / People management
g. Carrier (airlines) processes and procedures (requirements) 
h. Transporter and network processes and procedures (requirements)
i. Customer liaison
j. Disputes, resolutions and settlements
