Requirements:

• 2 years of management-level experience in 5-star hospitality
• Hospitality degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, reservations and invoicing experience preferred
• Strong people management experience
• 2 years 5-star Guest service experience
• High school diploma
• Perfect written and spoken English
• Fluent or solid understanding of Zulu language as well as culture
