Technical Sales RepWe are currently in the process of recruiting a Technical Sales Representative, Head Office is based in Benoni, areato be covered will be discussed during the interview. The role will report directly to the Sales Manager of South Africa. Purposeof the Job:· To technically introduce and market ourfull range of products and provide long lasting wear solutions.· Manage customer relationships andmaximise sales value with a specific focus in the area that will be dedicatedto you.· To ensure that set sales targets andgoals are met.Qualifications,Competencies & Attributes Required for the Position:· Grade 12 with mathematics and science.· Sales and Marketing certificate/diplomawill be advantageous.· 3 – 5 Years’ experience in a SalesRepresentative role within a sales/target driven environment.· · Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills.· Negotiation skills.· Customer focused with a passion toprovide excellent customer service at all times.· Ability to work independently or aspart of a team. Team-player mindset with a high level of dedication to raisingthe bar for the whole team.· Considerable knowledge of WASAproducts. · A high level of numeracy with goodattention to detail. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting isnon-negotiable.· Superior telephone etiquette.· Self and deadline driven, hardworkingand persistent.· Has integrity!· Good research skills.· Persistent and Persuasive.· Good understanding of entrepreneurialand commercial objectives.· Knowledge of sales strategies andconcepts.· Exceptional understanding of salesreporting.· Ability to adapt and respond to change.· NetSuite – CRM module experience willbe advantageous.· Computer knowledge, specifically MSOffice applications.· Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
