REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent interpersonal skills, great business acumen, attention to detail, and a desire to enhance and develop a product to its full potential
• Sound food and beverage knowledge
• Seasoned in dealing with staff disciplinary issues
• Sound financial understanding
• At least 8 years’ experience in a senior management role, able to meet or exceed financial targets and have excellent overall operational knowledge
