DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:-

• Headhunting

• Talent acquisition
• Sourcing suitable candidates
• Sceening candidates
• Searching for candidates on online recruitment portals
• Advertising on recruitment sites and processing advert response
• Recruitment administration

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Matric/ completed
• Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
• 3 to 5 years recuitment experience from a recruitment agency's perspective
• A passion for recruitment
• Strong research and communication skills

About The Employer:

This is a WORK FROM HOME position with a specialist, reputable recruitment company. The successful incumbent will be required to be self managed and work independently and assist the Division heads with specs. The successful candidate will be required to have his/ her own reliable WIFI, phone and laptop. All business calls will be for the company's account and the incumbent will be provided with access to recruitment portals.

A basic salary plus commission is on offer. This is an awesome opportunity for the right person.
